It’s less than 2 weeks until Black Friday
I am not sure exactly how long ago this became a thing here in Canada too, but I am glad we also now have it.
When the kids were little they use to make their lists with the Sears wish book now it’s more out of the Black Flyer Ads
2 of our little ones were huge Scooby fans like their mama and uncle.
Sharing this ornament today is bitter sweet, it reminds me of the days Mr D and I spent tracking down unique Scooby gifts for the boys, often their favourites didn’t come from a store, rather found pre loved, perhaps once belonging to child who received it as a Christmas gift.
They both still love Scooby Doo but not at the same level of their 5 year old selves, life flies by, November is halfway gone and Christmas is almost upon us.
As the “official” kick off of Christmas Shopping approaches I hope you take in the little things that will make up memories for life.
