HOME MADE MCRIBS

I’ve never had a Mc Rib, I have never really been a meat eater but the meat I do eat must not be constructed of odds and ends, or look like it does, unless I make it myself and know it is palatable.

Mr D raves about the McDonald’s Mc Rib, and how he wishes they’d bring it back almost as much as I wish they’d bring back their pizza, we are in Canada neither are any longer part of the menu.

I set out to try and re create it for him, venturing through Pinterest looking for tid bits and basic ingredients I came up with my 1st attempt, and he loved it! and its a family fave now, I even make it with ground turkey not pork, and call it a MC WING

Now maybe he can recreate the pizza for me!

I USE RICE FLOUR, I LOVE HOW IT ADDS A CRISPINESS & SLIGHT COATING ON MY BURGERS AS WELL AS THESE. FEEL FREE TO PLAY WITH REGULAR FLOUR I CAN’T SEE WHY IT WOULDN’T WORK FINE
