HAPPY CHICKEN WING DAY-RECIPE CARD

wings
Re-sharing our family favourite recipe for lightly floured, baked chicken wings & then below, another fave of ours, broccoli salad.

Each card is clickable for printing.
We just had these for Canada Day as part of our traditional long weekends buffets.
For the broccoli salad just simply chop your broccoli florets (off all stalks) down to bite size pieces, then in a bowl mix in a premixed coleslaw salad dressing like the one from Kraft
I don’t have measurements, you want it to be creamy but not too much.
Now mix in some grated cheddar cheese, chill and serve.
Best served within 24 hours, great for picnics and potlucks!
Make some wings at home or head out to your restaurant of choice and order some chicken wings. Post on social media using #NationalChickenWingDay and encourage others to join in.

  1. We love wings in our house and eat them almost every Friday night (tradition since my husband and I went to college). Pinning to try! Thanks for sharing with To Grandma’s House We Go, I’ll be featuring you next week!

  2. I will save the wing dust recipe for football season. It looks yummy. I add cauliflower and carrots to my broccoli slaw/salad. Sometime I use the already shredded carrots for a quicker and different look.

    1. The dust is like magic lol. We make bug batches becauase our friends and family run out as often as we do lol. We use it on many things. The carrots sound great I love adding the shred carrots to my kale salad.
