I love dancing, even after my amputation I have been known to get on the dance floor, feel the music and just go for it. Am I great at dancing? nope, I’d say I’m not even good, but far from terrible, I hope lol, no one has ever complained in my dancing presence so I take it as a good sign.
But who cares if you are good at it or not, have fun and enjoy is what I say.
It has been a long time since I have been able to get on any dance floor, however I am always surrounded by music, you can find me shaking it in the kitchen and even sitting at my desk.
In honour of World Dance Day I have pulled out some of my 80’s compilation records and made a list of my favourite retro “dance” songs, if it has a beat & not meant for a slow dance, I’ll dance solo to it!, sometimes even sway solo to a good slow one ( think 80’s lighter scenes at concerts!) The ones in bold would be the ones I can’t keep down for!
The above graphic is from an 80’s colouring book hubz found, warning, you may see a lot of the pages in my posts, I LOVE IT!

Some great choices of music here! I agree – it doesn’t matter if you dance good or not it just matters that every now and again you should!
