I love making and receiving handmade cards.
Having some templates on hand to print and add simple touches to is a must for a quickly needed card, or to make a few at a time when you need a bunch for upcoming occasions.
Today I am sharing Mother’s Day Cards & Birthday ones, this mama’s youngest was born a few days after Mothers Day and this year we are celebrating his 14th on the same weekend.
His card is made and ready to fill with some birthday money!
For my recent cards I’ve been adding crocheted hearts and flowers but they can easily be made from fabric and or paper.

For this birthday card use THIS template, cut the icing, candle and flame from paper of choice and simply glue on (there is a dot printed on the card fronts to line up your flame to) I made my candles from plastic canvas cut 3 holes x 9 holes

For this card crochet a flower, use the yarn tail ends to attached a button (or simply hot glue one on) then hot glue the flower to the top of the stem. Great for birthdays and mothers day

For this mother’s day card crochet a heart and hot glue to the bottom of the “string” like in the picture

Print inserts for the cards HERE , add glue just to the top and glue inside the card.
I purchased these envelopes HERE that fit these perfectly (4.38 x 5.75 inches), you can simply use wrapping paper to give it as a gift with some money or gift card.
