These patterns look great stitched up and framed as well, adjust the cut canvas size to fit in frame of choice. ( I do 5×7 usually, just need to adjust the pattern into the centre is all)
These covers are used on the small square Kleenex boxes and you will need 1 full sheet and a bit for one box.

TOPS FOR ALL BOXES ARE CUT AS 30 HOLES X 30 HOLES THEN CUT A SQUARE OPENING IN THE MIDDLE 10 HOLES X 10 HOLES. PLEASE REFER TO THE PICTURES OF MY FINISHED STITCHED PATTERN FOR ANY DEATAILING NEEDED (CALLED BACK OR TOP STITCHING I BELIEVE) AS WELL AS COLOUR REFERENCE. THEY ARE AT THE END OF EACH PATTERN.

Since doing this pattern I have made the bow in plastic canvas, the pattern below, wrap yarn around the middle as seen in photo, then hot glue it on
